Function:

Performing as an advisor to the company’s organization in its management formulation. Managing and employing the company’s staff, the salary and reward mechanism. Making a draft of the company’s statutes and regulations officialdom, employment, clerical documents, storage and internal or external affairs.

Mission:

Proposing the operations project; constructing the recruitment’s regulation, training and labor management; building and following up the salary and reward mechanism; implementing the internal and external affairs; operating and organizing the documents storage.
